Preparing for the moment of truth
In a little bit I will be layout figures for Saturday's game to see if what I think I have is what I actually have. It will be interesting to say the least.
I have printed and cut out all the labels and printed a series of flags so everyone should have a standard or two.
First I need to visit Jeff Knudsen, I will be borrowing his 25mm Paper Buildings for the game, than a stop at the Source's warhouse to pickup four or five of SPI Kursk terrian boards.

Lafayette
I have completed my Lafayette command stand. I am not sure I like the hair color however since the golden yellow blends to well with the skin color.

British Legion - Dismounted
I completed the 15 figure unit of British Legion that I need for the May 17th Scenario.

My Figures Came in
Stopped in at the Source and picked up my figures I had ordered plus a couple extra packs.
- Continental Personalities
- Foreign Generals
- British Colonels
- Dismount Tarletons
- 2 Packs Continental Artillery
- Hessian Jagers
- Continental Command
Of course John was my cashier and he makes my head hurt when I talk to him. Today he tried to convince me to put my figures back and change over to 1/72 plastic figures. Considering that the Source doesn't sell 1/72nd plastic figures, I already own 2,000 Old Glory Figures in the AWI period, and I have a game scheduled next week I was speechless. I mean does he really expect me to put $200 figures back on the shelve and go some where else to by plastic. I guess I am no longer shocked about what he tells me but I am worried that he might tell someone else who might buy into it.

More Fences
Okay another six sections of fence are done. I got a little carried away by doing my first four sections of picket fence. That was a lot of work and looks great from two or more feet away.

Fences
Again I spent last evening working on more post and rail style fences. I assembled six sections of fences approxiamtely 7" in length. I would like to get another six sections done this weekend including painting.
